As a Portfolio Strategic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end asset cycle, leveraging your expertise to drive financial and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include oversight of one or more assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate baseline performance metrics, and tracking monthly performance against established benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of one or more assets, including stabilized operational assets and development assets.
- Collaboration with business case teams, FP&A teams, and other functions to develop required baseline performance metrics.
- Tracking monthly performance, initiating task force meetings, establishing regular asset evaluations, and monitoring improvement plan execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will possess a proven record in finance, accounting, forecasting, and budgeting, with a tendency to act as a business partner. A background in commercial real estate infrastructure investment or asset management is highly desirable, along with an understanding of factors influencing asset performance. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and competence in software products such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI are essential. Leadership, management, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in multinational and interdisciplinary teams, are also critical.

This position requires 8+ years of relevant financial portfolio experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field is preferred, with a master's in finance or similar professional qualification being an advantage.
