Job Title: Senior Delivery Executive

Job Description:

A senior delivery executive plays a pivotal role in optimizing application and infrastructure managed services for clients. They work on initiatives that go beyond conventional maintenance, focusing on the progressive evolution of applications or infrastructure to maximize business value and ensure a sustainable return on digital assets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • You will manage delivery of managed services in line with client expectations and foster mature, respectful relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • You will share expertise and contribute to building improvements in service delivery within DAMO.
  • You will build partnerships with clients, anticipating their needs and planning delivery with internal support teams.
  • You will track key metrics for service delivery, identifying and initiating corrective activity to ensure service level agreements are consistently achieved.
  • In highly impactful incidents, you will ensure resources are focused effectively, while keeping key customer stakeholders informed.
  • You will ensure accurate and timely issuance of customer invoices and reports.
  • You will facilitate access to tools for Thoughtworks employees and monitor technical team requirements under the contract.
  • You will identify, record, communicate, and agree on mitigation or acceptance plans for risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a senior delivery executive, you should possess:

  • Experience in managed services delivery, particularly in technology and IT services.
  • Knowledge of service level agreements and incident management, estimation, capacity planning, proposal building, contract negotiation, and managing contract financials.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful inferences.
  • Leadership capabilities, including influencing results-driven outcomes.
  • Resilience in ambiguous situations, with adaptability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
  • Effective listening and question-asking skills to ensure understanding.
  • Comfort working autonomously while recognizing empowered teams' importance in delivering exceptional value to customers.
