Cybersecurity Analyst Job Description

KEPPEL DHCS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT and OT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for IT/OT-related issues, resolving problems and working with vendors to prepare Root Cause Analysis and document lessons learned.
  • Plan and execute new project or upgrade initiatives for OT/Cyber operations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Support both IT and OT operations, including regular security patching, updating antivirus software, and creating and maintaining IT/OT inventory and network diagrams.
  • Ensure IT/OT systems comply with IT and Cybersecurity Policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Plan and execute annual DR and Table Top exercises for critical systems, ensuring business continuity.
  • Manage 3rd party vendors supporting OT/IT and Cyber operations, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Remediate findings detected by vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Travel and support multiple sites within Singapore, providing on-site support and expertise as needed.
Cyber Governance:
  • Act as a SPOC to support on IT/OT audits, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct gaps and risk assessment, working with stakeholders to raise deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Review and update IT/OT Policies and SOPs annually, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Review security logs and reports, identifying potential security threats and implementing mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Experience in managing operating systems (Windows and Linux), network architecture, and design.
  • Familiarity with security tools such as Firewall, SIEM, IPS/IDS, Incident Management, and Response.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent team player and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various IT and business departments.
  • Relevant IT/OT and Cybersecurity certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with security standards/frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CCoP will be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently.
