Housekeeping Supervisor Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with established standards. Your responsibilities will include inspecting assigned areas regularly to ensure that furnishing, facilities, and equipment are cleaned and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all areas under your supervision are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards
• Take charge of housekeeping services and oversee the allocation of tasks among team members
• Perform room checks to ensure rooms meet hotel standards before guest arrival
• Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping operations
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:
• O-Level or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping
• Proactive, meticulous, and able to perform strenuous activities and handle heavy loads
