Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales campaigns to present relevant products and services to clients, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Making informed sales calls to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and generating business leads.
  • Building positive client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
  • Funneling potential sales into a pipeline through outbound activities and developing qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create digital marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness and engaging with our audience.
  • Develop compelling content to entice our audience and support successful marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee social media platforms to effectively engage with our audience and promote our brand.
  • Utilize project management skills to execute the marketing calendar and drive results.
  • Pursue outsourcing and networking initiatives to connect with job seekers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and abilities for the role.
  • Screen and interview potential candidates to ensure alignment with our organization's needs.
  • Provide career coaching to enhance job seekers' chances of securing employment.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and align candidates with available positions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
