Connect Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative duties, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

About the Role
  • Manage all aspects of HR with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in benefits administration, payroll, training & development, and performance management.
  • Provide support to line managers and staff on disciplinary issues and company policies.
  • Administer HR letters and memos to employees.
  • Manage the HR system and leave track record.
  • Maintain staff docket and employee personal files.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
  • Basic salary range: $2,400 - $2,600 per month.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm working hours.
  • Workplace at Henderson Industrial Park, Singapore.
  • Occasional travel to branch office required.

Estimated salary: SGD $2,500 per month based on location and industry standards.
