Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our EMS business development efforts. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of a business development process to ensure business goals are achieved.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a Degree in Electronics/Tele-Communications/Computer Science or related discipline, with relevant working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. You should possess good knowledge in manufacturing processes in Electronics PCBA and Plastic Tooling/Injection, as well as analytical, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential attributes.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and alliances, canvassing and securing new customers, preparing proposals and presentation materials, and maintaining and enhancing business relationships with clients and partners. You will also need to analyze business landscapes, develop strategies, and negotiate deals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, lead generation, account management, electronics development, and marketing skills. You should be able to work independently, think strategically, and possess strong business acumen. A degree in Electronics/Tele-Communications/Computer Science or related discipline is required, as well as relevant working experience in EMS industry.
