Job Summary

RK RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team. As an Assistant HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity in compensation and benefits packages.
  • Payroll and HRIS
    • Manage payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve data management.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • HR Policies and Procedures
    • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Prepare and analyze HR reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to track HR key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a payroll and benefits role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and payroll processing.
