Job Title: F&B Operations CoordinatorDescription:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to assume the role of F&B Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in all departments within the contract.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including Contracts Managers and Unit Managers. Your strong administrative background will enable you to efficiently manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and perform duties related to front-line operations in food service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Purchase Requirements: Coordinate with Contracts Managers and Unit Managers to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the management of maintenance requests, equipment repair, and other back-of-house activities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, purchases, and other relevant data.
  • Communication: Liaise with Sodexo HQ regarding HR matters, finance, and other administrative requirements.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for submission to Sodexo HQ.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct and coordinate month-end inventory procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Possess at least 'N' or 'O' level certificates.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Skill Set: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
