Job Title: Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing corrective and preventive maintenance for traffic and security communication systems in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform timely and efficient corrective and preventive maintenance for traffic and security communication systems in line with client SLAs.
  • Contribute towards the successful execution of projects within specified timeframes.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and schedules for corrective/preventive maintenance, maintaining accurate written records as applicable.
  • Document all breakdowns and repairs for analysis and review purposes.
  • Be available to perform scheduled night shifts when necessary.
  • Participate in on-call and standby procedures along with other assigned responsibilities.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping and adhere to safety work procedures at all times.
  • Pursue minor repair or maintenance tasks within the organization.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance work efficiency.
  • Ensure regular scheduled vehicle maintenance and cleaning are completed and reported.
  • Follow established business operations and SOPs at all times.
  • Actively participate in health, safety, and environmental programs and activities to achieve organizational KPIs, ISO, and ISO 14001 objectives and targets.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of housekeeping at all times.
  • Perform any other operational and maintenance duties assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 license.
  • Able to learn quickly and work under pressure.
  • Resourceful, team player, and able to work independently.
