Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for someone with expertise in payroll processing, labour laws, and tax regulations. The successful candidate will have experience working with SAP or Oracle systems, as well as knowledge of data analytics tools and software.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Oversee the calculation of wages, deductions, and withholdings, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF contributions and Skills Development Levy (SDL).
- Salary Payments: Ensure accurate and timely payment of salary, including hourly, daily, and monthly paid employees, according to their employment terms.
- Transaction Review: Review payroll transactions, including adjustments, bonuses, and incentives, while ensuring compliance with employment contracts and relevant legislation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on Singaporean labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements governing payroll processes, and ensure compliance with CPF contributions, SDL, Income Tax Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Data Integrity: Oversee the integration and implementation of payroll system module, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with Singaporean regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and analyse payroll reports to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement, using data analytics tools and software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a Singapore context.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Singaporean labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll processing, particularly in the security or labor-intensive industries.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software – SAP or Oracle, payroll software and systems, with experience in implementation and maintenance preferred.
