Job Title: Lead Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine Branch Sales Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care, driving business performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our clinic or branch, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team management. As a leader, you will motivate consultants, beauticians, and therapists to deliver outstanding service and meet sales targets.

  • Manage one or more outlets to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Built strong relationships with customers and ensure smooth scheduling of appointments.
  • Develop and execute promotions, seasonal offers, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Organize in-clinic activities such as trial treatments, health talks, or product sampling to boost sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement incentive programs to drive results.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify marketing opportunities and create effective promotions.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and team success.
  • Basic knowledge of TCM practices is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Energetic, sales-driven, self-motivated & independent.
  • Candidate possessing a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is between $7,000-$10,000 per year, inclusive of attractive commission and bonus structures.
