Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive security governance framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
  • Design and implement security awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices and promote a culture of security within the organization.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, industry partners, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on security-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution.
  • Professional Technology Risk Management/Cybersecurity related qualification will be favorable although not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience in security governance disciplines, with a strong background in risk management and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • CISSP certification.
  • Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
