About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our product management and marketing efforts in the Asia-Pacific region. As the Head of Product and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our product management and marketing initiatives across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that drives product awareness and generates demand in key APAC markets.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights, industry trends, and feedback to inform both product and marketing strategies.
  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for industrial cables, connectors, and systems across APAC.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, commercialization, and end-of-life management.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product innovation and customization for specific industries.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform product development decisions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management and marketing, ideally in industrial cables, electrical components, or related B2B industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing product and marketing strategies in APAC markets.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes in the industrial sector.
