  • Providing premium facial and body treatments that consistently meet our high standards.
  • Conducting thorough skin analyses and offering bespoke treatment recommendations.
  • Delivering exceptional body consultations and suggesting targeted body treatments.
  • Achieving sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products effectively.
  • Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and organization within spa facilities and treatment rooms.

To excel as a Spa and/or Body Therapist, you must possess:

  • A results-driven attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in retail operations or Sales & Marketing related fields is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work five days per week.
  • Relevant beauty certifications or three years' experience in the beauty industry are essential.
