We are seeking a Security Governance Analyst to join our team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to respond to assessments, performing risk and control assessments, and providing input into our annual certification audits.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Helping Wise scale by working closely with the Security, IT, Compliance, and Product teams to address Partner and Regulator assessments at both regional and Group levels.
  • Performing thorough risk and control assessments against regulatory requirements on a regional and Group basis.
  • Maintaining awareness of current regional regulatory changes and ensuring timely updates of our engagement calendar.
  • Providing valuable insights into our annual certification audits (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 1 & 2).
  • Acting as a key liaison between various teams within Wise (Product, Technology, Privacy, Legal) to offer expert guidance on our security policies, standards, and practices.
  • Ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders across the APAC region.
  • Supporting the ongoing evolution of our Security GRC program.
">Requirements">
  1. You must have hands-on experience in security governance, risk management, and compliance, gained through operational roles.
  2. Proficiency in cloud technology from working in either cloud-native or hybrid environments is necessary.
  3. Flexibility is key in this position as you will need to adapt to new and evolving requirements and methods of working.
  4. A strong attention to detail is required, as accurate information informs crucial decisions made by Wise, partners, and auditors.
">Qualifications">
  1. Must-haves:
  • Location in Singapore and authorization to work there without visa sponsorship.
  • Passion for Information Security.
  • Previous experience in Security GRC or Technology Compliance roles, with an understanding of audit and external assurance processes.
  • Working knowledge of industry security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, etc.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the APAC Financial Services regulatory landscape and its requirements.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management and experience using GRC tools, audit management software, and security assessment tools.
  • Experience working in cloud-native or hybrid environments.
">Bonus skills/experience:
  • Experience in utilizing AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Security training and awareness expertise.
  • Significant advantage: Knowledge of PCI-DSS v4.0.
  • Desirable experience: Working in a globally distributed team.
  • Relevant Information Security certifications.
