Technical Assurance Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Assurance Leader to support our corporate technical experts and authorities. As a key member of our team, you will provide feedback on technical findings, assist in updating company documents, and coordinate the validation and analysis of lessons learned issues.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement and optimization of discipline workflow processes. You will work closely with suppliers to facilitate discussions and ensure that our company's corporate technical documents meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of our company's corporate design policy and philosophy, as well as the ability to review and verify compliance with these principles. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills to engage in open discussions with inter-discipline and inter-company individuals.

This role requires a Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Engineering degree, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in discipline engineering within the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will have lead-level detailed engineering experience on at least one FPSO project and familiarity with market practices in the oil and gas sector.
