Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator/engineer to assist in the coordination and execution of fire protection projects in the marine and oil & gas industries.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations, preparing project documentation, monitoring project progress, budget, and resource allocation, performing quality control inspections, managing project changes, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of fire protection projects in the marine and oil & gas industries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including proposals, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  • Manage project changes, ensuring that all necessary approvals and documentation are in place.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a degree in engineering or a relevant field, along with prior experience as a project coordinator in the fire protection, marine, or oil & gas industry. Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and industry standards is essential, as is proficiency in project management software and tools.
