About the Role:

  • You will be at the forefront of developing innovative embedded finance products, toolings, and solutions tailored for customers.
  • As a backend-focused engineer with 1.5 to 5 years of professional experience, you will be comfortable working with Java (or similar backend languages) to build scalable and maintainable systems.
  • You will work alongside a team of talented engineers, product managers, and designers to bring our Embedded Finance products from concept to launch.
  • Dive deep into the needs and challenges of our customers, using your good product sense to design and implement solutions that truly resonate with them.
  • Leverage data to drive decisions, helping you measure the success of our products and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Requirements:

  • Backend-focused engineering expertise with 1.5 to 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Java or similar backend languages
  • Experience with distributed architectures, performance tuning, and cloud-native infrastructure
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Able to take ownership of projects from design to deployment
