
Supply Chain Operations Manager

The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements that drive efficiency and cost savings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all aspects of supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain bottlenecks and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track supply chain performance and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with supply chain software and systems.
