About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Liaison Specialist to join our team at Parkway Pantai Limited. As a Medical Translator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chaperone services to patients with limited English proficiency, ensuring their comfort and understanding throughout their medical journey.
  • Arrange and coordinate visa applications, ICA duties, and other logistical requirements for patients.
  • Book and manage medical appointments, including travel arrangements and accommodation for patients and their companions.
  • Offer multilingual interpretation services during consultations, facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate sightseeing activities for patients and their companions, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Manage the referral process for medical appointments and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with repatriation of patients or their mortal remains, providing support and care during a difficult time.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the IPS office, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience in the service industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Bengali and Hindi languages, with excellent written and spoken skills.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
