Technical Leader

The position of Technical Manager plays a pivotal role in driving successful mechanical services projects.

  • Lead project planning: Prepare and submit detailed project plans, reviewing project timelines, budget allocations, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project delivery: Oversee mechanical services projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance: Conduct thorough evaluations, ensure compliance with project requirements, and offer valuable insights during project assessments.
  • Develop innovative solutions: Suggest value engineering proposals for mechanical services, enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Liaise with project teams, attend site visits, and participate in project briefings and meetings.
  • Drive team performance: Plan and execute strategies with the project team to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to project planning: Assist in creating project reports, resource allocation plans, and project schedules using project management software.
  • Ensure technical accuracy: Provide calculations in hydraulics, pump head, static pressure, and heat load, and review project submissions for compliance.
Requirements:
  • Educational background: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, with knowledge in Design & Build and ability to conduct engineering design and calculations.
  • Professional certification: Candidates registered as Professional Engineers with the PE Board are highly valued.
  • Relevant experience: 8-10 years of working experience in the Mechanical Services field, demonstrating growth and expertise.
  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of M&E works, Green Mark requirements, planning capabilities, and familiarity with authorities and statutory compliance.
  • Software proficiency: Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project, enhancing your ability to manage and present information effectively.
