We are seeking a seasoned supply chain expert to spearhead our procurement and logistics operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to our organization's efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement optimized supply chain strategies to ensure seamless procurement, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Analyze customer sales orders accurately and promptly.
  • Manage post-sales activities, including order placement and status follow-up.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
  • Manage shipping schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.
  • Address and resolve transportation or logistics issues to minimize delays.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with logistics providers to optimize costs and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, import/export requirements, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all supply chain and logistics activities.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support parallel runs during ERP implementation.
  • Verify baseline accounting and financial data before system migration.
  • Coordinate data entry and testing with sales, purchasing, operations, and supply chain teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain administration, operations, or ERP-related support roles.
  • Background in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Prior experience working in an industrial setting.
