JK TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Load and unload stock from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Pick and pack orders, labeling and preparing them for dispatch.
  • Liaise with the sales department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Maintain IT equipment and peripherals in good working order.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the warehouse team.
Requirements:
  • Able to start immediately is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Basic IT knowledge is an advantage.
  • Able to lift and move heavy stock, including IT equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • May require overtime work based on daily workload.
Staff Welfare:
  • 14 days of annual leave per year.
  • OT rate at 1.5x.
  • Medical claim up to $300 per year.
