Job Summary

This is a site-based role requiring full-time presence on the construction site.

  • Lead multiple electrical projects from construction to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities:Construction Management & Execution
  • Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans for electrical works.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve construction issues.
  • Review and approve electrical submittals, shop drawings, and contractor work plans.
Commissioning & Handover
  • Lead and supervise the testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Oversee functional testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure systems operate according to design and client requirements.
  • Manage documentation for system handover.
Design Coordination
  • Review and provide input on detailed electrical designs.
  • Collaborate with design engineers and other disciplines.
Stakeholder & Program Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering and construction project/program management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex electrical construction programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
