Job Post: Research Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Engineer to join our research team working at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research in Multi-Agent Systems, Reinforcement Learning, and NLP including language understanding, generation, explainability, and reasoning, as well as dialogue systems.
Development and Evaluation:
  • Develop and evaluate AI models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers, and LangChain for tasks like agent-based and LLM-based models.

Design and implement simulation platforms and experimental pipelines for algorithm validation. Visualize simulation and experimental results to support decision-making and research findings.

Requirements:
  • Minimally a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Optimization, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in multi-agent systems, NLP, and Python programming.
  • Strong background in Mathematics and modeling.
  • Good English writing and communication skills for research work.
  • Able to work independently, collaboratively, and with external/international collaborators.
