The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operation and administration support on system infrastructure according to agreed service levels, ensuring high uptime and performance of our systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • System Administration: responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and utilities.
  • Backup and Recovery Administration: design, implement, and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Server Security Administration: configure and maintain server security settings, including firewalls, access control lists, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Performance and Fault Management: monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Report Requirements: provide regular system reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Server Management Support: provide technical support for server-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
