Pet Care Centre Executive

Working Hours: 5 Days per week (off weekday)

At our Pet Care Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate executive to lead our team in delivering exceptional pet care services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our centre, managing grooming appointments, maintaining workplace safety and hygiene, and supporting our Grooming Team and Doggy Daycare.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have experience in handling and caring for both dogs and cats. Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests, answer calls, and direct inquiries as needed
  • Engage with customers to recommend and guide them in selecting suitable grooming packages
  • Manage and schedule grooming appointments to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Maintain workplace safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the centre
  • Support the Grooming Team and Doggy Daycare in day-to-day business activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling and caring for both dogs and cats
