Job Title: Islandwide Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As an Islandwide Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our island-wide operations, ensuring that all stores are running smoothly and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple stores across the island
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and sales performance
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Leading and developing a team of store managers and staff

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

You will also need to possess:

Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and other retail software systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to travel regularly between stores
