As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of software and firmware projects from initiation to delivery.
- Leads project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality products or services;
- Ensures effective communication among stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and senior management;
- Develops and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and quality;
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives;
- Identifies and mitigates risks associated with project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software and firmware development, testing, and deployment;
- Strong understanding of X86 PC architecture, Windows operating systems, and relevant software and firmware technologies;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide teams;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
