Key Account Manager for HVAC Products

This is a senior-level sales position responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with OEM customers in Southeast Asia. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for these customers, providing expert advice on products, pricing, and business development strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage and track project pipelines, ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
