We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer, Trading to join our team. As a key member of our product design squad, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and trustworthy user experiences that set the standard in the rapidly evolving crypto industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables, ensuring design is front-of-mind throughout the product development process.

You will work closely with cross-functional peers to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions that represent the user's perspective throughout the product lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields.

Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of design-critical thinking and user-centered design methodologies, as well as experience designing complex products related to fintech, crypto, trading, web3 etc.

A strong communication skillset, including the ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions, is also essential.

The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, adaptable to change, and capable of validating designs independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
  • Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating qualitative or quantitative insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features.
  • Support the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research.
  • Partner with cross-functional peers to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions that represent the user's perspective throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision of your area of ownership.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of design-critical thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience designing complex products related to fintech, crypto, trading, web3 etc.
  • Strong communication skillset, including the ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions.
  • Results-oriented and adaptable to change.
