Job Description

This role involves close collaboration with clients, suppliers and internal teams to deliver commercial spaces that are functional, visually compelling and aligned with brand identity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site measurements, attending meetings with clients and suppliers, coordinating on-site activities, liaising with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for sourcing and obtaining quotations and material samples from suppliers and vendors, ensuring all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards, supporting project management efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting on-site measurements and attending meetings with clients and suppliers;
  • Coordinating on-site activities and liaising with subcontractors and vendors;
  • Sourcing and obtaining quotations and material samples from suppliers and vendors;
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards;
  • Supporting project management efforts;

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience working in retail and commercial settings. Proficiently skilled in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop is essential. A minimum of 2-3+ years of interior design experience in Retail/Commercial focus is preferred.
