We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chinese Language Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experience for our students.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs and interests of primary school students. You will work closely with colleagues to create a vibrant curriculum that brings the Chinese language and culture to life.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver innovative lesson plans that foster active learning and creative expression.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum materials that meet the needs of primary school students.
  • Prepare and present lessons that not only teach but also involve students in hands-on activities, games, and interactive discussions.
  • Communicate learning objectives clearly and motivate students to achieve their best.
  • Participate in workshops, seminars, and team brainstorming sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices in education.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus and the ability to integrate it seamlessly into your lessons.
  • Previous teaching experience is an asset, but enthusiasm and creative energy are equally important.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate our students' schedules.
