About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing our sales performance, recommending strategic market plans, and supporting the Head of Department (HOD) in preparing annual budgets.

You will also be involved in conducting regular business reviews on sales performance and trade business activities, preparing monthly reports for management review, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and review sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Recommend and implement strategic market plans to drive sales growth
  • Support HOD in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Conduct regular business reviews with sales teams to discuss performance and set goals
  • Prepare monthly reports for management review, highlighting key sales trends and performance metrics

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales or marketing, with experience in analyzing sales data and developing strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other software applications relevant to the role
