About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and guiding the engineering team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Develop and implement effective engineering practices, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Identify and develop high-potential engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering initiatives and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

The Discipline Manager will be accountable for:

  • Leading the Systems Engineering lifecycle management, including requirements definition, design, integration, and verification.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement multidisciplinary solutions.
  • Managing and maintaining safety, security, and human factors standards and practices.
  • Coaching and developing staff to achieve effective outcomes in a multidisciplinary environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering (desired).
  • Proven experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle management (10+ years), including requirements definition, design, integration, and verification.
  • Experience in managing and coaching staff, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment.
