About the Role

This is a key role that involves the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying and recruiting new creators, to negotiating deals, to ensuring their long-term success on our platform.

The successful candidate will shape strategy, optimize creator performance, and act as a trusted partner to creators while collaborating with internal teams to align partnerships with company's broader business goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer partnerships, affiliate management, business development, or creator/influencer marketing.
  • PROVEN ABILITY TO RECRUIT, CLOSE AND MANAGE CREATOR OR AFFILIATE PARTNERSHIPS.
  • EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION AND RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING SKILLS WITH CREATORS AND INFLUENCERS.
  • STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE AND MANAGE MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES AT ONCE.
  • DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF SOCIAL MEDIA, INFLUENCER MARKETING AND THE CREATOR ECONOMY.
  • ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET WITH PASSION FOR SUPPORTING DIGITAL BUSINESSES.
  • DRIVEN, SELF-MOTIVATED, AND GOAL-ORIENTED APPROACH.
