Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Field Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert mechanical field support to our customers.

Your primary role will involve performing on-site and remote diagnosis to resolve technical issues efficiently. You will also be responsible for handling spare parts, consulting with HQ and Factory as needed, and escalating troubles to management in a timely manner.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide timely updates to the manager on the status of field issues, whereabouts, and availability to support on-site work. You will also prepare RGA for field return and create Failure Analysis Report (FAR) as required.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your mechanical engineering skills and experience in the Semiconductor or Flat Panel Display (FPD) industry to make a meaningful contribution to our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Semiconductor or Flat Panel Display (FPD) industry
  • Technical competence for mechanical/electrical/software
  • Repair experience of mechanical assemblies, valves, or semiconductor process equipment is advantageous
  • Basic vacuum knowledge and industry knowledge of SEMI/FPD/PV
  • Customer support/field service experience is desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, discipline, and work attitude
