Job Overview

LAVA FOOD HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor Lead to oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Estimated Salary: SGD 40,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing and overseeing the operational activities of the establishment.
  • Coach and guide employees to enhance their productivity and overall performance.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new staff members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Monitor and maintain the inventory of food and beverages to meet customer demands.
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages with expertise.
  • Evaluate inventory levels and order items as needed to prevent stockouts.
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to optimize operations.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
  • Improve department metrics and performance through strategic planning.
  • Perform additional work-related tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including standby duty when required.
  • Able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the Food and Beverage sector or relevant field.
  • Holding a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT skills.
