Job Title: Oral Health SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Oral Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dental operations, you will play a critical role in delivering clinical quality, patient experience, and performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, whitening, and filling cavities.
  • Interact and educate patients on proper oral hygiene and dental care.
  • Support dental operations teams to deliver clinical quality, patient experience, and performance.
  • Order diagnostic measures and evaluate results to determine patient's oral health.
  • Develop treatment plans for patients to deal with any dental health issues.
  • Administer or prescribe medications.
  • Maintain documentation of dental protocols, policies, and procedures related to providing safe and effective dental services.
  • Maintain current knowledge of clinical and operational best practices with compliance to local requirements for dental care.
Requirements
  • Education: Active and valid registration with the Singapore Dental Council.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Dental Surgery or recognized dental degree or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in dental clinic practices is preferred.
  • Skills: Good interpersonal skills.
