We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategic account plans to expand our customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Singapore portfolio growth through the development of strategic account plans.
- Limit reductions and/or terminations, and ensure the maintenance and development of existing customers.
- Ongoing relationship management of accounts to ensure increased sales and trading optimization.
- Establish strategic account clients and develop penetration methods.
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results.
- Ensure regular, timely, and constructive communication with key accounts is maintained.
Requirements:
Demonstrated B2B experience in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals with Key Accounts preferred with Service Industry experience. Proven ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal and external working relationships.
