**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain various in-house fact sheets and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare reports for consultants, including data-centric reports and investment committee meeting materials.
  • Update and maintain data in our in-house software systems.
  • Prepare internal reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Attend meetings with product providers and take meeting notes as required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Director and Senior Analyst.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Diploma and above in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of work experience, or school leavers with equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
