System Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced system implementation specialist to guide strategic middleware system analysis and complex test framework business initiatives.

  • Lead requirements gathering and requirements management across stakeholder groups. Validate, document, and manage evolving system specifications.
  • Conduct business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities. Use modeling techniques to propose optimized workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, data mappings, integration specs (APIs, source-to-target mapping), and user acceptance testing criteria.
  • Oversee design documentation, test plans, functional and non-functional specifications; validate and test solutions through QA and UAT phases.
  • Serve as a technical liaison: aligning IT delivery (developers, architects, QA) with stakeholder expectations and timelines. Escalate issues and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Mentor, train, and lead junior system/business analysts; contribute to staff performance reviews, and ongoing development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, establish best practices for analysis and documentation standards across the team.
  • Participate in strategic planning, enterprise architecture initiatives, and assess risk/opportunities associated with systems enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related experience.
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in systems/business analysis, including a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Experience with Data and C programming skills will be a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to translate technical details into business-friendly language.
