We are seeking a skilled and versatile Culinary Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a wide range of South Indian, North Indian and Western dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure, maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and prepare dishes that are both tasty and visually appealing.

The role requires the ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and adhere to instructions and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of South Indian, North Indian and Western dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maximize output
  • Follow instructions and guidelines from head cook and restaurant manager
  • Extract work from team members and complete ad-hoc tasks
  • Build good interpersonal relationships with other workers in the restaurant
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a cook
  • No formal education required
