Enterprise Cybersecurity Specialist

As a valued member of our team, you will bridge the gap between our advanced solutions and clients' critical needs. You'll partner with our sales team to provide technical expertise, demonstrate the value of our platform, and ensure customers are equipped to combat complex cybersecurity threats.

This role presents an opportunity to be a trusted technical advisor, solving challenges, delivering insights, and directly contributing to the success of a global leader in the cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage & Educate: Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client requirements, articulate the value of our solutions, and provide in-depth product demonstrations tailored to their needs.
  • Problem Solve: Analyze customer environments, identify challenges, and recommend solutions that enhance their security posture.
  • Customize Solutions: Develop proof-of-concept deployments and guide clients through implementation strategies to showcase the effectiveness of our technology.
  • Be a Technical Expert: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and our product developments to position yourself as a go-to resource for both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to address feedback and continually enhance our offerings.
  • Evangelize Security: Present at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings to highlight the importance of robust asset visibility and security.

We're looking for someone who has experience working on and supporting enterprise deals in various markets across ASEAN. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.
