Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies and brand campaigns to grow our brand presence and engagement across digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will also have a good design sense and proficiency in Microsoft and familiarity with design/marketing tools such as Canva and Adobe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies and brand campaigns to drive brand growth and engagement\
  • Create visually appealing content aligned with our marketing goals\
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform brand positioning and identify new opportunities for growth\
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign planning and execution\
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing marketing efforts\\-

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field is a plus point\
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills\
