About the Role

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to lead our team as a Project Manager.

  • As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for delivering electrical power generation engineered solutions to customers.
  • You will work closely with sales managers to build strong customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Your expertise in project cost calculation, risk management, and team leadership will drive project success.
  • Key responsibilities include minute-taking, resource coordination, and tracking project progress.
What We Are Looking For
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the diesel engine/generator industry.
  • Prior experience in engineered solution business and dynamic uninterruptable power supply systems is an asset.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, budget, and specifications.
  • Hold a project management certification (PMP) or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
