Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the residents on a daily basis, managing their welfare, discipline, and standards of regimentation in the institution. They will also support the shift during emergencies, deliver trauma-informed practices, and ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily living needs of the residents, including providing care and support.
  • Develop positive relationships with the residents and involve them in taskforce activities.
  • Perform body and property checks, conduct urine tests when necessary, and carry out security and night patrols.
  • Deliver trauma-informed practices in daily interactions and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Requirements:
  • O Level and above
  • Able to do rotating shifts
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software
