Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Specialist to join our team at the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association). As an Investment Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the overall aggregate cash flow of the bank via Intraday Liquidity Management Systems (ILMS).

Responsibilities
  • Manage ILMS to maintain financial soundness of cash balances by tracking inflows and outflows against statements and projections.
  • Ensure smooth upstream system integration from other departments into ILMS.
  • Perform daily Nostro reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Nostro Agents, to resolve queries and ad-hoc requests.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and system testing to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Treasury Operations.
  • Strong risk and control mindset on settlement process flows.
  • Experience in various operational functions, including settlement and reconciliation.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence Tools and programming languages, such as Tableau, VBA, or Python.
