Job Title: Pricing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing competitive pricing strategies and managing a team of analysts to execute these strategies.

  • Manage a team of pricing analysts to develop accurate price proposals using pricing models, market intelligence, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, sourcing, marketing, supply chain, and other functions to drive business profitability and growth.
  • Lead all pricing-related activities, including trade terms, regional and local pricelists, and profitability analysis.
  • Understand commodity market fundamentals and the manufacturing process to improve pricing processes.
  • Develop a new dashboard reflecting regional pricelist requirements with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to adapt pricing approaches amid evolving market dynamics.
  • Create price quotations, support sales with customer negotiations, and book contracts.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts in an independent and proactive manner.
  • Utilize pricing models and analyze customer behavior to drive accurate price setting.
  • Drive self-service pricing and departmental initiatives with the team and affected stakeholders.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI; competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a multinational environment, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience in managing commercial pricelists and profit margin analysis is a plus.
  • Good understanding of sales contract lifecycle and contract pricing negotiations.
  • Able to establish good relationships with a diverse team and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
